Zarena is the gluten free fruit cake lady and can design and bake the perfect wedding cake for your perfect wedding be it a beach wedding, a dream day wedding in a forest in a castle or up a mountain or a more traditional wedding in a local venue.
For your wedding, birthday or other important occassions why not have a wedding cake that everyone can enjoy. Many people prefer our wedding cakes to the traditional recipes because they are so lush, fruity and moist. What ever your special occassion, whether you need a christmas cake, wedding cake, birthday cake, or a cake for a Christening or a Baptism cake our fruit cakes are suitable for everyone. Because our gluten free wedding cakes are gluten free, wheat free, egg free and dairy free they are suitable for people on all sorts of special diet or with special dietary needs. There's no need to compromise, whether your guests are vegetarian, vegan, Indian vegetarian (no eggs), or have any of the usual food intolerances - we have a solution that everyone can enjoy and delight in.
We can design, ice and decorate your cake but unless you are on one of our van routes we suggest you get the cake maker or cake decorator at your local cake shop or bakers to do the cake decorating for you. If anything goes wrong and the cake decoration gets damaged in transit it's just not practical for us to come out from Wales to fix it for you. It's better that you get in touch with a local cake decorator to ice the cake for you, they will be on hand to set up the cake at the venue and make any repairs to the decoration of the cake. We can supply advice if required about vegan icing, but most cake decoraters do not use egg in their icing any more.
We appreciate that a 2, 3 or 4 tiered wedding cake is a big investment for your special day. If you wish we can send you a sample of our wedding cake for you to taste first and buy later.
